When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after shipping.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please keep in mind that weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unexpected events can sometimes cause a package to arrive later than expected.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and delivery information.
Tracking may take a few hours to update after you receive the email.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Package Says Delivered, But I Don't Have It
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered shortly before they actually arrive.
First, check around your property and with anyone else who may have received the package. If it still hasn't arrived, contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
